Rules & Regulations
1. Each plowing competitor will pay a $10.00 membership fee. 
In addition, a fee for each class entered applies: Adults: $10.00. 
Ages 12 through 17:  Free, and will receive $10.00 upon completion of plowing the plot.

2. Each contestant must arrange for his/her tractor/horse team/antique tractor and will be required to sign a liability waiver, releasing event organizers and land owners from any liability. This will be strictly enforced. The Association is not responsible for participants.

3. Plow persons must finish their land in time allotted and not delay other competitors.

4. Competitors will not select the land. Lands must be taken as competitors present themselves as being ready to plow.

5. Competitors may enter more than one class as long as they finish before 3 p.m., Saturday.

6. No assistance or coaching may be used;  50 points will be deducted.  One person is allowed to remove stakes only.  Novice and youth classes are exempted from this rule.

7. Coaching is allowed in the novice and youth classes.

8. If there is only one competitor in any class, the judge will not necessarily award first prize to the competitor.

9. Land stewards will enforce rules and regulations.

10. Land depth should be a minimum of six inches.

11. Four furrows and over, you are required to use two plots.
